At Moto Jacketer, your satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. We strive to make this process seamless while ensuring that returned goods meet specific requirements.
For a full refund, items must be in new and unused condition and reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt. If returned after 30 days but within 45 days, store credit will be issued instead. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days. Please note, that there are no restocking fees, but the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Gift returns will always be processed as store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, but we do provide a prepaid shipping label for all exchange requests, excluding international orders. We also offer discounted return labels for purchase if needed, or you can choose to use a carrier of your preference.
Goods must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that returned goods are in resalable condition. This includes being unused, with all original packaging intact, including the attached price tag and the original invoice. The product must be returned in its designated box, not the shipping box.
Currently, we do not provide return labels or return shipping services, and the shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 10 days after receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as a replacement product.
Quick strike (QS), limited edition, and brand collaboration products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Exclusions to this policy are solely at the discretion of Moto Jacketer. Additionally, items purchased in quantities of three or more of the same product will not be accepted for refund.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please note that orders cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped.
